Who We Are
The Shopping Center Advisors are based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and consist of Sperry Van Ness/R.M. Moore LLC advisors, Ean G. Moffett and John N. Rebori CCIM. Both have worked with private and institutional investors in the acquisitions and dispositions of shopping centers and net leased single tenant investments.
What We Do
The Shopping Center Advisors sole responsibility is to dispose or acquire shopping centers and NNN single tenant investments in Tennessee and the Southeast.We provide institutional and private investors with the encyclopedic knowledge and expertise to meet their investment needs. Because we concentrate solely on acquisitions and dispositions we are strictly focused on our responsibility to our clients.
How we do it
The Shopping Center Advisors are part of the national brokerage network of Sperry Van Ness we have a national reach to primary, secondary, and tertiary markets. We also believe that to ensure the maximum value for your property we need to reach all investors in all markets.
While some national brokerage firms rely on proprietary databases of active investors and offering no cooperating compensation for outside brokerage opportunities, we just don't believe that their databases will include every single potential buyer. The only way to reach every single potential buyer, is to market nationally, while encouraging other brokers to present your property to their client. We split our commission 50/50 with every single broker. This ensures your property, reaching the most potential investors in every market.
